- Hired on a permanent contract after delivering the first phase of an overdraft decisioning system, now in production at a major Moroccan bank.
- Gave branch managers a mobile tool to process overdraft requests on the go, expanding a desktop only workflow. Built the app end to end in React Native, Expo, and Redux
- Cut the case regularization batch runtime from 8 hours to 45 minutes (~10x faster) by switching to incremental processing: added an indexed "processed" flag so each run skips already-handled cases instead of reprocessing the full dataset.
- Secured access to sensitive financial operations for users with Keycloak and OAuth2 authentication and role-based authorization.
- Kept mobile clients fast and decoupled from core banking APIs by designing Backend-for-Frontend services for routing, user enrollment, and real-time push notifications.
- Restored service during production incidents by diagnosing root causes and shipping hotfixes with DevOps.

- Saved the project from a dead end by spotting that React Native couldn't support the required complex tables and leading the migration to Ionic mid-project.
- Delivered the budgeting module end to end in a two-person team, integrated with a Spring Boot backend and a relational database.
